Key Points - General Terms and Conditions
The contract covers national and international road transport orders between the Client and Abnormal Transports.- Both Parties must comply with applicable laws and the General Polish Forwarding Conditions 2010.
- The Freight Forwarder has all required licenses and authorizations to perform the transport.
- The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about the goods and necessary documentation.
- The Freight Forwarder will provide professional support, organize transport, and inform the Client about delays or exceptional events.
- The Client must ensure proper packaging, communication, and legal compliance of goods.
- Special transports, oversize shipments, and hazardous goods require additional conditions, permits, and equipment.
- The Freight Forwarder’s liability is limited, e.g., according to CMR rules, and certain risks (war, exceptional events) are excluded.
- Costs and fees apply for cancellations, waiting times, additional services, and delays not caused by the Freight Forwarder.
- Confidentiality obligations protect trade secrets and sensitive information of both Parties.
- Polish law applies, and disputes are resolved by courts at the Freight Forwarder’s registered office.
